New born in the house

Sorry for the lack of posting. We have a newborn baby in the house. My sister-in-law is very sick in hospital and my mother-in-law is looking after her son. A new mother again in her sixties. So tonight I am giving my mother-in-law a break and we are looking after my 3 week old nephew. He is a beautiful baby, and I am super enjoying having him with us, but obviously I want my gorgeous sister-in-law well and back with her little man. We are hopeful that all will be well soon. The doctors seemed positive today. So, no Wednesday post, but I will be back on Friday. (Sorry.  I am amending this to Monday. I will be back Monday. We've been at the hospital all evening and I am beat. I want bed.)

  17. Oh Tabitha - much love for your family and yes newborns need a lot of attention. Of course it is all worth it when they become teenagers and heap love and affection on you! Ooops sarcasm attack!

Also, my prayers are with your sister. Congrats on her new baby boy, but I really hope she gets well soon. I can't imagine how hard that is on all of you. Good side: I hope you are enjoying that sweet infant!
